Jacob Pennisi

Fitness Director at MTF
Jacob has been the Fitness Director at MTF for half a decade. He holds a B.S. degree in Nutrition, Exercise, and Health Science from the University of Nebraska and is also a Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA. Married and a father of two, Jacob leads the athletes by example, being the rock for them to lean on during the good times and bad. He works with the athletes to be strong, resilient, and hungry to be not only great athletes, but great young men and women.
