Colleen Millsaps,
Owner and Director of Coaching
Originally from St. Cloud near Orlando, Colleen is part owner of MTF and has been instrumental in developing the program to where it is now. She has been coaching top level riders for over 16 years and has guided many, including Davi, into the professional ranks. She combines her superior technical knowledge with a strong desire to see everyone excel.
Bryan Johnson Sr.,
General Manager
Bryan is responsible for the day to day running of operations at MTF and has plenty of experience in motocross. He has been involved in the sport for over 14 years with his son Bryan Johnson Jr. , who currently races the AMA Toyota Motocross Championship. From Miami, Bryan brings a no-nonsense approach to MTF and will make sure things get done right first time. He shares with Colleen a commitment to ensure that the facility is just as top notch as the coaching.
Nate Larson,
MTF Facility Manager.
Nate is the facility manager at MTF and is responsible for everything to do with accommodations and the tracks. A former racer himself Nate has an inside perspective into what a competitive and safe track should be. He can help with any questions that arise during or after hours. If you have any questions about the facility just ask Nate.
Paul Bevan-Thomas,
Program Coordinator/Director of Mental Skills Coaching

If you have any questions or need more information about any of our training programs please contact him. Paul also conducts our mental skills coaching. With a Masters degree in Sport Psychology and broad experience with professional and elite amateur athletes Paul will help you make the most of your talent and training on race days. His goal is to help you become relaxed, focused and confident on race days so that you get the results you've worked for.
Joe Savatgy,
Head Race Technician
Joe is the Head Technician at MTF. Originally from California he has worked on bikes for over 25 years. He is the father of Joey who recently won two Loretta’s titles. He has considerable experience with all AMA national amateur levels. Joe is responsible for maintaining between 20 and 30 bikes but you can be confident that your bike will be in good hands because he will treat each one like it’s his own.
Clint Friesen,
Fitness Director
clint@mtfmx.comBorn on the west coast Clint went to school in Chicago and spent most of his time racing in the Midwest. He then moved to Destin, Florida where he was a freestyle rider until sidelined by injuries. Currently he is studying Sports Medicine and Exercise Science at Florida State University. Clint will individualize the strength and conditioning program to ensure that each rider understands exactly what is needed to be ready on the gate.
Bryan Johnson, Jr.,
Coach
Brian is 24 years old and was a factory support pro rider for three years. He was a contracted Honda rider and raced professioanlly for 6 years. He had a best SX finish of 7th in Atlanta in 2007 season. As MTF's princiapl trainer under Collen he knows her training methods inside and out and will draw on his first hand experiences of professional racing to help you meet your goals.
Camilo Gomez,
Coach
Camilo Gomez is a former full time rider with MTF and raced all the
Amateur Nationals as a junior. Injuries prevented him from racing
professionally but he is now an on-track trainer with MTF. He has been
trained by Colleen and will teach riders the exact same techniques and
methods that Colleen herself uses. He is originally from Colombia,
South America and speaks fluent Spanish allowing riders from Spanish
speaking countries to easily learn while at MTF. He is also our race
shop manager and is responsible for ordering parts and accessories.
Brad Smith,
Assistant Facility Manager
Brad is originally from Michigan but relocated to Georgia to train at nearby GPF. He raced competitively in the amateur ranks as a Suzuki rider with Cole Gress’s team. After turning pro he raced for Star racing in the MX Pro National outdoor series. Brad assists Nate with the facility maintenance and is the head chef during camp weeks.
