Online Training Program

COMING SOON:  MTF ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM    

Over the years literally hundreds of riders have asked for our advice about a year round conditioning program to help them be physically and mentally competitive with anyone on the gate. Until now it has not been possible for us to provide this.

 

However, coming soon we will be offering an online conditioning and mental skills training program that you can use to help you train like the fastest riders in the country. It will be packed with essential training information and individually designed programs. You can have complete confidence in our online training program because we’re the ones training many of the fastest riders in the country every day here at MTF.

 

Here’s how it works. As an MTF Online Training member you will have access to a private web site packed with the latest physical and mental training information that will help you ride stronger and tougher and, we are sure, get you better results.

 

We’ll regularly update you on information such as how to use strength training and how to make the most of your cardio conditioning. Also we'll give you basic hands on information about important mental skills, such as how to stay relaxed, focused and confident on the bike.

 

Nutrition and dietary information will be a large feature of the site as well. Other important topics we’ll cover include dynamic stretching and injury prevention and rehabilitation. And all of this information will be designed specifically for motocross riders and will be based on what we do with our members right here at MTF. We hope you will really feel like you are a part of our training program.

 

As good as that may sound, it's not even the best part. We’ll also create for you an individually designed physical conditioning and nutrition program just like our MTF members receive. On each training day you will be able to access your own private web training page telling you exactly what you need to be doing for cardio conditioning, strength and endurance training and nutrition. From time to time we’ll also tell you how your progress compares with that of our members. And with regular motivational tips, encouragement and advice you will feel like you have MTF trainers right there with you.
