Camp Schedule
Sunday
12.00-5.00pm Arrive and set up
5.00-6.00pm Mandatory orientation (everyone must attend as there is important information about the camp week). Dinner is provided during orientation.
10.00pm Lights out
Monday-Thursday
7.30-8.00am Breakfast (provided)
8.30am –Morning Session begins: at the MTF track. Riders will be grouped according to bike class and skill level (max 8 per instructor). Rotations of 30 mins will include the following: starts, turn track, figure 8’s, sections, jumps, whoops, hot laps and motos.
1.30-2.00pm approx. Lunch (provided)
2.30-5.30pm Cardio/strength training groups at the gym (1 hour duration)
2.30-6.00pm Free time outside of gym time
6.00-6.30pm Dinner (provided)
6.30-8.00pm On two nights the instructors will review video of your riding. There are also lectures on mental skills, nutrition, bike maintenance tips and conditioning do’s and don’ts.
8.00-10.00pm Free time
10.00pm Lights out
Friday
7.30-8.00am Breakfast (provided)
9.00-10.00am Stretching in the fitness center
10.30 - Morning sessin begins: on track instruction, motos and/or free riding.
1.00pm approx. Camp ends
