Our Two Week camps allow riders to build on the skills learned in the One Week camp. You will spend more time on the track practicing sections, sprint laps and motos while focusing on technique. Riders will learn to perform and gain confidence under race conditions. Importantly, the longer conditioning program will yield more benefits in strength and endurance. You must have previously completed a One Week camp to be eligible for the Two Week camp (this does not apply to the Oct 31-Nov 11 camp).
Dates are as follows:
October 31 - November 11, 2010 (open to new and returning riders)
December 5 - 16, 2010 (must have done a One Week camp)
May 29 - June 9, 2011 (must have done a One Week camp)
**We are now offering a meals plan at additional cost ($200)**
The camps will be taught by MTF trainers and you will ride Monday through Friday the first week and Monday through Thursday the second week. MTF’s Fitness staff will supervise off track conditioning. In addition every rider will receive a one-on-one mental skills coaching session to help you race relaxed, focused and confident.
The cost of the two week camp is $1700.
We can provide meals on riding days at an additional cost of $200 (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
Bunkhouse accommodation is available if you need it. Alternatively, there are two private cabins for rent. See link for more information.
